I’m the owner of In Stride Bookkeeping. I help small businesses and entrepreneurs get organized and stay in control of their finances, allowing them to take the next steps in stride to grow and make more strategic business decisions.

Getting Started

I’ll start to take over your books and review, categorize, and reconcile your company’s records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Once your accounts reconciled to current date, I’ll email your updated financial reports.

Ongoing Support

As a monthly, ongoing service, I’ll download and categorize monthly transactions into QuickBooks. I’ll also email monthly financial statements so you can see how things look. You will have the option to schedule a monthly meeting for correspondence regarding financial status. And I will serve as a liaison for you and your accountant throughout the year.

Optional Add-Ons

These services include additional account reconciliations, bill pay, invoicing, inventory, payroll, and custom financial reports.

$60/month for each account that needs to be brought up to date.

Step 2:

I’ll send you a service agreement. This document will outline pricing structure, scope of services, and a timeline for deliverables.

Step 3:

After signing, I’ll provide you with a list of documents and information required to begin your bookkeeping services. This might include access to current accounting software, bank statements, receipts, and business documents.

  • Timelines depend on the size of the cleanup, as well as the number and complexity of bank accounts and transactions. Typically it will take 4-6 weeks for onboarding and initial cleanup, but this will depend on the complexity of your business and the size of the cleanup.
